We have a 30-day return policy. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility; unless the refund or exchange is due to jaydü’s error, shipping costs will not be refunded or covered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworked, in its original skeining, with original tags, & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
non-returnable / non-refundable items
Certain product cannot be returned. These items include all yarns from the “Marianne Spun” line, books & PDF patterns, “Wind Me Up” yarn winding fees, needles & tools, & gift cards.
poor quality/faulty items
We pride ourselves on quality control: if we wouldn’t buy it ourselves, we don’t sell it. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us immediately; it is our goal to have happy customers. If the product is defective or damaged from the manufacturer, or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to send you a replacement at no additional fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, & let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
